Ban both Anbus and Hikaru. Put Biscuit at 1 or 0. It really is that simple. Tetragram will probably have to go to 1 as well, but the card technically isn't out yet.

Unlimited isn't that bad of a format. There was some decent variety at Gencon, but whomever dropped their Anbus first won. Between them and Hikaru, you could get 9 ninjas out by turn 1 without trying.

Granted its ideal, but it is possible. More likely on turn 2. Playing against Genre, we each had 12 guys out on turn 2.

LOL... don't forget Kiba/Akamaru... one fetches the other.. Shino IW playing a coin chumper... then we have Anbus, fishes, etc.. as you mentioned. It's broken.

to 1: 4th hokage, make out paradise, tactics, group lession, father and mother, KNS, fear by genjutsu, kankuro and black ant squad, byakugan, reanimation ninjutsu
to 2: messinger ninja mission, shikamaru desicion

ok, i will say it again, and mr tyler if you are reading this, please dont ban every card , just think very carefully before u make the list. we know that some deck are hard to play againt them but is not imposiblle,

Right now, off the top of my head, the list is as I said I wanted it... just to put Hikaru and Emi to 0 and put Biscuit at 1. MAYBE put MakeOut Paradise to 1 as well. This alone should slow the pace of the game down. If you're wondering why I don't ban the Anbu (yet) is because I feel, at that point, a lot more decks would become a threat with them gone (as fatdunk hinted, Manda and the many late-game infinite loops would be a threat)... There needs to be a slowing down of rush so that they can still be a competitive threat, but also a risky archetype so that other decks like Chidori Stream.dec, Freezing Eyes Hurricance.dec, etc... become competitive and anti-rush. In the future I may propose a legitimate, professional list. For now, those 3-4 cards I mentioned should probably be hit.

Kushina and Leech probably should get banned, but putting them to 1 in Unlimited probably would be the better bet... maybe... Kakashi TA can stay at 3. He's not an issue. Manda isn't an issue either, yet.

The only card that should go to 1 on your list is Make Out Paradise and Byakugan. Reanimation isn't as powerful as it was in Block (last season) -- it requires you run a lot of junky ninjas with Medical to get the jutsu off. That gets rather scary when you're fighting off an onslaught of real power jutsu and rushy Anbu. Your "to 2" list ... no.
