There was also an announcement on the home page. I looked out for it because I specifically asked Tylar in one of his corners to make that ruling.

If it was so important don't you think you should of said something about it there before each event. They didn't even say the combo cards when they announced it. Or did they announce it the day of the SJC I actually had to tell multiple people that bandai are idiots and changed it or announced it DURING the unlimited event the day before.-_-

Tylar i think the issue with last year was lack of time. but anyways I think we get the point of this thread and the importance of looking up rulings, bandai will do it's best to post up updated rulings, and we have to do our best to make sure we stay on top of the changes.
