WTH?? Madara Uchiha??

Ok so I've been out of the game for awhile(no Event locations in Afghanistan) but I recently got a chance to check out some SR's. So Bandai made a Madara card but Tobi is on the card with the 2nd name Tobi. And now a real Madara card and still gave it the name Tobi. Now I kno it was up for debate long ago but before I left it was clear already that Tobi and Madara wasn't the same guy and now in the most recent chapter [SPOILER]Its blatantly obvious that Tobi is Obito[SPOILER].. So now I'm really confused as to why Bandai decided to make them the same card?

The only reason this Madara is named Tobi is because at this point of the story (where Tobi pronounces war on all villages), they still believe Tobi is Madara. It doesnt matter what happens later.

The card game mainly fellows the anime arc by arc using the knowledge in the that arc and at the kage summit arc everyone thought Tobi was Madara, thus were stuck with name Tobi even if its not canonial.

Great argument aside from the fact it's the Madara from when he fought the 1st.

At this point everyone believes Tobi to be Madara so there shouldn't be anymore Tobi cards because he's Madara. Then all the Madara's make sence to have Tobi but they shouldn't since Tobi and Madara are one in the same. Another reason why it does is because there still are cards in block with the name Tobi, so if Tobi is believed to be Madara it doesn't make sence to have both out at once. That's just my two cents though, I would've prefered if he didn't have name:tobi but we dnt always get what we want.

I just think that having them with the same name hinders gameplay. Idk if there's any good Tobi's out there but having 2 ninja with the same name keeps them from being out at the same time. Also they have relesed more Tobi without the name Madara so their logic of making Madara's with "Tobi" still puzzles me. The first Madara with the pic of Tobi makes sense. But the real Madara with the name Tobi not so much..

I think this is precisely why it was done.

Imagine an awesome jutsu that can only be used by the real madara (the edo tensei one we'll eventually get).
How do you make it so only he can use it?
Give it the requirement "madara without the name tobi".
