Effect: Give 1 Damage to the Target, then Draw 2 Cards. While this Jutsu is on the Chain, this card and the User cannot be affected by your Opponent's Effects.
Expert: Sasuke Uchiha: Give 1 Damage to 1 Ninja in the Battlefield.

interesting though letting any fire or lightning ninja use it does not make much since seeing as how I have never seen anybody else something like it but stranger things are in this game and this game could go for more flexible jutsu like this.

With that said this wording does not work. Give 1 Damage to the Target, then Draw 2 Cards. While this Jutsu is on the Chain, this card and the User cannot be affected by your Opponent's Effects.

Reason being is because the part of the effect that has to do with its time on the chain is part of the resolve effect. It wouldnt do any thing like that, so what you need to do is this.
