Y can you chain effects of the same ninja to each other, but you can not chain effects of the same jutsu to each other?

Not quite sure what you are asking here.

Please give an example of "chain[ing] effects of the same Ninja to each other" and "chain[ing] effects of the same Jutsu to each other."

upon deployment u can chose which of his two effects to activate/trigger first. Then apply first in last out, FILO.

I already gave u a link for the jutsu in question.

Please link to a ruling that says you choose the order to add these effect to the chain. You cannot choose which effect to put on the chain first. The triggered effect has to go on the chain first. Then you have the option of adding his second effect onto the chain.

Unlike the other thread I wasn't questioning ur ruling. I was asking for a reason to why it's so. This is so I can explain this to friends and your customers who think this website is a; waste of time or a joke.

A Ninja may or may not have an effect. Some Ninjas may have multiple effects. If a Ninja did have more than one effect, then each effect would be a separate effect. Since each effect is separate, they are added to the chain separately and they resolve separately. This is why you can chain effects of the same Ninja to each other.

A Jutsu always has an effect. Each single Jutsu is always considered to be a single effect. That effect may do multiple things, but they are not considered to be separate effects. When a Jutsu resolves, you do everything you possibly can, starting from the top of the effect text and working your way down. Since a Jutsu is always considered to be a single effect, there is no possible way to chain effects of the same Jutsu to each other.

Update: y does have the following text if the answer posted above is so: " apply the following effects based on x"? That implies it has more than 1 effect.

Are u saying you can't chain effects of the same ninja to each other, especially if they are both "come into play effects? If so or not so, why?
