It's decent, but IMO puppet decks should be built around the following:
1. squad is too good to pass up. A ninja with a poison coin cannot be sent out to battle. You'll want 3x to fish out a Black Ant every game. 2. 2x for Kankuro+Black Ant ammo. 3. 3x to find your Kankuro in case you don't get him in your opening hand. Later in the game you can look for or . 4. to spam the field after you've gotten most of your puppets in the discard. The TP1/TP2 Sasori can even bring him out early. 5. And don't forget . So good. It's limited to 1 per deck though. If I were to build unlimited puppets, I think it would look something like this: Quote:

That ruling says u can't put puppet mode in play in that manner. Lm just worded it more difficult than necessary.
