With that in mind, if you opponent has let's say, 9 chakra, and you play a jutsu, thinking "It can't get negated or anything since my opponent has 8 or more chakra" you'd be in for a poor deal when they discard two chakra to play a negation and suddenly have only 7 chakra, meaning that their negation is going to work on that jutsu now.
The you Jugo to give them chakra back and laugh?

Then you use the jutsu in your discard pile again to profit better? and giving them 1-3 chakra back will totally change it when they had 8+ to begin with

I see the Haku talk above and I agree. Haku is situational. He also however makes me look forward to the Chakra Giver theme. It looks really fun.

Seasick is meh.

Everyone saying chakra-giving theme is bad... until they come out with a t6 missionthat says you win 1 BR for every 4 chakra your opponent has, rounded down.

Quarry is tricky. the second effect is pretty "eh" overall, but it gives them 2 chakra. Feeding all the effects. 50/50 shot depending on the rest of the set.

I like the mission. The fact that it has no hand cost makes it easier to fuel the give Chakra theme. EOJ timing is kinda meh but it does have the potential of being used on both players turns and I believe it's multiple copies of this card that will the more obscure give chakra effects work such as the Haku we just saw.
