So is mind transfer jutsu the only card you don't have? Don't worry about Shikamaru's Decision its not that needed since your focus of the deck is on permanent missions.

Your deck may indeed be better than mine but I will never know that for sure. Also keep in mind Chakra I intended this deck to have as few cards in the deck that wouldn't survive the rotation. I am simply trying to help him out is all and answer his the OP question. If you think your deck is better I don't mind play testing my idea against yours maybe on Skype or something. I don't have all the cards I listed for him so I could just make some proxies.

all u need to do its invest some money. mine has only a few cards that r going to rotate and i already have their replacement. i dont need to properly numbered the cards that i put n my deck if u know what is the meta than u already know what cards r in the deck. i know some player doesnt have the money to make some deck, myself included, but that doesnt means that u can put whatever cards u have laying around in a deck and hope that the deck run smoothly. again dont think badly of me im just another player giving my opinion but the reason that i said that is that i think of all the permanent mission decks that r posted here mine is the most complete but again that is just my opinion.

MTJ and shika's desicion r staple in any earth deck trust me.

I use Mind-transfer jutsu in my own build as well but I have an wind / Earth build. I focus more on the wind side of things. I can only guess what some of your cards are and to assume that everyone knows what your deck has in it is a bit silly. I am fairly new to this era of naturo's meta so I have no idea. I agree that shikamaru's decision is a good card but he can go without it. The deck here is giving all of the ninja's abilities more bang for their buck with the permanent missions. If he has a budget then I would understand him not wanting to get the card.

If that link does not work I listed all of the cards on the list in troll and toad. The total would be $15.78 at the moment. I could not list 1st hokage into troll and toad hes about 11 dollars so I went with the vanilla version can't go wrong with him. They were out of mind transfer jutsu so I replaced that with earth style head hunter jutsu. The card has about 12 or 13 valid users in your deck and sort of follows what you would be using mind transfer jutsu for minus the possible jutsu negation. I think in some cases though that could negate some jutsus but depends on the situation. All in all you got a deck 5 dollars under your price range and should not be too hard to pick up mind transfer jutsu if you ever get the chance. So if that link does not work pick out the cheapest versions of all these cards and make sure to get Earth style head hunter jutsu and the set 20 vanilla 1st hokage.
