I think I got most of that you may have been looking for. I made sure to go through all of the post rotation cards first that way the deck doesn't become hopelessly useless after rotation. Tell me what you think I tried.

Well things happen I was tired I guess anyways. I think the turn 0 tenten is better so the turn 0 will stay as for the turn 2. Lets throw in T2 Tayuya #1464. Other than my obvious failure of that placement how does the deck idea look to you? Was the layout what you were looking for?

What cards do you not have? Whats your budget? I didn't add in the shikamaru's decision since I figured that those are too expensive but you really don't need them really. Black Chakra with all due respect I don't know what you are trying to do with your deck. I don't know what cards you are using since you haven't properly numbered them. Your deck may indeed be better than mine but I will never know that for sure. Also keep in mind Chakra I intended this deck to have as few cards in the deck that wouldn't survive the rotation. I am simply trying to help him out is all and answer his the OP question. If you think your deck is better I don't mind play testing my idea against yours maybe on Skype or something. I don't have all the cards I listed for him so I could just make some proxies.
