Indeed, post rotation, this ino, tp4 naruto, tp4 tenten, creating a lock with the first hokage. I see a lightning earth giant eagle deck getting big.

Giant Eagle does look amazing right now. This Revitalize mechanic is looking more powerful each week. This is probably going to be the Ino people use post rotation even if they don't play the Revitalize engine.
