As for another T3 wind ninja, I'd suggest either Torune or the Weapons of War Obito.

As for jutsu post rotation, here is what is legal that would be useful:
j100 Sand Burial
j268 Sand Tsunami
j631 Wind Scythe Jutsu
j894 Healing
j914 Wind Style: Pressure Damage
j932 Gale Style: Laser Circus
j941 Sand Shield
j944 Sand Shower Barrage
j945 Sand Wall

That is what we have not counting set 26. So, if the deck is focusing on the Gaara O9K theme, then the deck will have mostly his jutsu. So take a look through those and figure which would be best.

Also a surprisingly good card to combo with that Gaara is the bodyguard Kankuro. If you can get Mabui on the field before you drop him, then you can move a jutsu back on top of your deck. Hopefully they will make a card in the new set that'll give a ninja the Flashpoint mechanic, cause putting that on Kankuro would be cheap and wrong in soooo many ways..

Torune isn't such a bad card to rest in that spot specially with Sakura Icdi even a point of damage is danger.. The reason I went with gale style later circus is because I didn't want tsunade to just sit there since hydro will rotate I don't see her havin much outside of just healIn people do I thought I'd abuse the mastery thank u for sugestions tho

looks like it could be fun now. a fun little thing you could add in as a 1 of would be that T5 wind mission from last set that will PiP a ninja with a lower EC than a Satoosa in your village. using that to throw down shizune if you missed tonton's effect or torune could be interesting. if nothing else, add to side deck for the heck of it.

the other reason i suggested that mission was cause you had a satoosa version of tsunade and the shizton engine in there. so you tsunade on t4 and then gaara on t5 with the mission.
