getting a five tails out on turn 1 by having 3 ATB in the chakra is extremely hard though..costs your hand and luck of the draw..im a tailed beast player too so i think kushina is fine; tailed beasts haven't really made their statement yet..although with ATB its an awesome possibility

But here is the proof "Tailed beast" Keyword or "animal + 7 or higher" Kushina said Keyword And not or like the jutsu


Edit: all i did was copy and paste what zune started but i will go back and double check his work and see if he missed anything once im fully done i dont think i will be done until set 26 becomes legal

with kushina if it was changed to it affects all tailed beasts you would need 1 ATB to lower him to a 1 drop.

sorry but you was misinform but the rule change was re-ruled back to tailed+7 and animal+7

Kushina was never intended to be anything but animal + 7 and tailed beast + 7. Anything else is wishful thinking for a broken card...
