I like this hotaru. drop her on turn 0 to draw/discard one. Then go ahead and flashpoint her to do it again next turn. I'll give up a br or 2 to get the extra draw. Then later in the game when you have plenty of field presence, just keep filtering. Awesome turn 0

Meh..

This card is ok butits not that good. U lose a ninja and u have to discard a card. It would have worked wonders if u had to charge the card instead. Overall the card could be. A good way to draw an extra card each turn.

Nice mechanic, but I don't see how such an effect fits with Hotaru. It doesn't seem to be related to any of her techniques or her personality in the story. It sounds more fitting for a 4th Hokage and Raikage kind of technique.

No. A keyword replaces text that would normally be there. The text for Flashpoint is not valid.
