Doubt this is true. Was trying to catch up on the anime and in the Danzo v Sasuke fight, Tobi was commenting on Oro doing experiments on Danzo.

Yeah, well he was claiming to be Madara and we saw how that turned out...

Tobi definitely isn't Orochimaru though.

Everyone should know that Orochimaru isn't dead because Sasuke never killed him. When Orochimaru attempted to take over Sasuke's body, Sasuke overpowered him and he was lying dormant inside Sasuke. He managed to break free during the Sasuke/Itachi fight because Sasuke ran out of chakra, then Itachi sealed him away. He never "died". Apparently Sasuke knows where Itachi's Susano'o's sword seals people away to.

I'm more interested in who Sasuke intends to speak to. And how he expects to force Orochimaru to bring this person around. Are we really going to see Edo Tensei again so soon?

And why isn't Kabuto dead yet?

he is in his genjutsu loop. i assume its so he doesn't wake up they would rather leave him there.

I don't think he would wake up from a Chidori Sword through the heart...

It would be much easier for him to escape a genjutsu than to come back from the dead.

Both of these. If Sasuke just up and leaves Kabuto there, i'm betting anything he shows up again, even if it's just a quick cameo.
