There is no reason to believe he's trolling. Though set 25 has recently come out, it was delayed a month and usually we have a bit of information by now on a newer set.

Here is all the info on set 26. I hope you enjoy, as it took me awhile of digging and bribing to obtain this information:
This set will be after 25
It's release date will be unaffected by the 1 month delay
It will contain ninja, jutsu, and mission cards belonging to Fire, Lightning, Wind, Earth, Water, and Void. (some being a mixture of these elements)
There will be the folowing types of cards: Common, Uncommon, Rares, and Super Rares
and lastly, it will be the latest set of the new block (22-26)
