the point system you have doesn't reflect the players enough.

basically not enough points being handed to the right places.

top 8ing an event deserves more than just one point, also 5-8 are essentially the same so they shouldn't get different points. same with 3rd and 4th place. 1st and second should also have a larger gap difference.

your basically saying a player has to top 8 events(8th place) to be equally as good as a player who wins just one and doens't top any others.

he/she will be at the bottom of a small list, but above a much much larger list.

I like his list personally and to be honest he can rank it however he chooses because its HIS list not Bandai's Offical Rank. It by no means is perfect.... just because of the fact that topping a 30 person SJC or winning Gencon have the same points ... but its a consistent way of looking at things.

How do players get bandai to make an offical ranking list? Because when the game first started the system they had was cool. It showed your current rank and title(genin etc) and points and after gengon would reset for start of season. I think they should go back to that and add an all time win lost record for players also. ALL MY old schoolers remember the system we had.
