As for the jutsu itself, it's only good if Temari is the user. Otherwise, there is the exact same jutsu that does the exact same thing for 1 less and it was reprinted in the starter decks.

Like SD said, it's meh. There's an exact same jutsu for one less in the format, and while every and any wind deck would have Temari, the effect is still not really worth running this. :/

I think this would be a 1 of in some decks. U get to bounce a ninja if temari uses it.

Eh, it's alright. I can see it being a one of in a deck. It's an ok card, but we have a much better version.

Well, it doesn't discard anything, so it's merely meh. They keep the Jutsu in Chakra and Ninja in their hand for usage later.
