You haven't been reading much of this series, have you?

Itachi used it, therefore Sasuke instantly has mastery of it far and beyond what Itachi can do because of goobly-woobly wobbly bits. And when Sasuke and Naruto fight, Sasuke will use it to try and kill Naruto, otherwise why spend 3 chapters on it?

What, Tsukuyomi drains your chakra and leaves you vulnerable Itachi? Here let Sasuke use it 5 times in a 3 minute period.

What, Amaterasu needs to be sparingly by Itachi so he doesn't go blind. Here, let Sasuke use it more than 15 times in 2 hours.

What Susano'o is the your ultimate technique that tooks years of practice with the Magenkyo to use. Let Sasuke use it in 1/4 of the time with zero drawback, and even let him make his own, better version.

I need to stop, I'm reminding myself that this series has gone so far downhill it's practically a vertical drop, and it all started around the Itachi/Sasuke fight.

I'm not even convinced that there will still be a Naruto vs. Sasuke fight. Think about the guy writing the story and the "vertical drop" you just described. The way i see it, unless kabuto actually manages to (re)kill Itachi, don't you think Itachi is going to set Sasuke straight? If sasuke gets the discussion he was pushing Itachi for, itachi is going to explain his reasons for everything and convince sasuke to defend konoha. Then Itachi will release the same way Sasori did, because he's finally at peace. I think it's possible that it's going to be Naruto+Sasuke vs. Tobi, and we'll never get the epic rematch we've been expecting since shippuden started.
