N1067 and J905

If there's only one Jutsu being played by my opponent during the chain, is my still able to use to negate it, since the Target of my J905 became "2 Jutsus"?

Also, here's a random question: Is a Jutsu able to target itself?

Take what I said as an example. If my N1067 can't use J905 to negate my opponent's Jutsu, can he use J905 to negate my opponent's Jutsu and J905 itself, meaning I wouldn't draw with the Expert effect?

Thanks again.

1) No you cannot, since you must name two viable targets.

2) No you can't, since a Jutsu isn't a Jutsu until it is on the chain.

3) No you can't.
