If i choose to injure one ninja, and heal one other ninja, then i can heal any other injured ninja OTHER than the one i Injured.

Now if i choose to Discard 1 card for sakura's effect, then i am allowed to heal one Other ninja. Does this mean i cannot heal sakura if i choose to discard 1 card, since sakura would not be considered 1 OTHER ninja.

Just need some clarification plz

basically my question was, can sakura use her effect by discarding 1 card from my hand, and then i can heal sakura? or does it still have to be another ninja?
