Can we have a date for when this ruling goes into effect? I understand you said when Set 25 is released. Does that mean the ruling goes into effect when the set becomes legal for play or once the set hits the store shelves?

Just wanting clarification if this ruling will be in effect for the Georgia SJC on 5/19.
