A couple of mechanic questions

Forgive me if any of these were mentioned before, I tried to ruffle through the search feature and did not see them, but as these are more general questions they may have been brought up in specific instances.

(1) Activated ninja effects are clearly once a turn, however what about ninja effects that are triggered? That is to say, when a ninja effect has the template of "when ______, you can _____" are we able to activate that effect multiple times. The age-old can means once should suffice, but I have many people telling me that effects like would trigger whenever you fulfill the requirement. So as a general rule, when fulfilling a trigger will the effect always happen? The squad above does not say can, if it did would it only trigger once?

(2) Unfortunately I could not find an updated advanced turn layout, and since the permanent mission deck is coming to fruition I want to be perfectly clear on something before I move forward. It is my understanding that we are able to choose the order of our effects as long as they have the same timing window (i.e. "at the beginning of your turn," "at the end of the turn," etc.). Having said that, if I have a in play, fulfilled requirements, and a permanent (x) mission that only has one coin on it, can I place a coin before removing a coin since they are all at the start of my turn? Or does removing coins from permanent missions have a priority or timing window that is before the start of the turn?

(3) This next one seems abusable to me to the point where it shouldn't work, but I figure why not get an official response. There are cards that allow jutsus to be played from alternate zones with the condition that when the jutsu resolves it be removed from game. or, even better, are examples of what I am getting at. On the condition that a ninja with mastery uses such a jutsu, could they choose to mastery in response to kakashi's effect of removing the jutsu from the game? Or is the removal of the jutsu absolute by way of the ninja effect?

As always thank you for your time.

My c2 links are broken even after checking the links, so:
Ino-shika-cho N-1486
Kurotsuchi N-1434
Amaterasu J-902
Kakashi PR086

1) No you cannot. If the effect uses the word "can", then it can only be used once, no matter what type of effect it is. If it doesn't, it is free to trigger nonstop.

2) Permanent X coins, according to the advanced turn layout (found here) are removed before any beginning/start of turn effects occur.

3) Since both effects are attempting to move the card to different zones, you are the owner and choose where it goes. Once the card has moved to your hand (a hidden zone), it is now considered a different card and remains in your hand.
