i have a couple questions on some rulings:

first with all the world cards out in set 21 can you use thier effects multiple times in a turn.

second: i would also like to know if you can use optional effects more than once per turn like N-1199

thanks im just getting back into the game and i was just curious on some card rulings

1) No you cannot. Any activated effect may only be used once per turn, unless stated otherwise on the effect.

2) No you cannot.
