Naruto (six tails)... Turn 3????

If you have 15 chakra on turn three and you play naruto (n975), can you reinforce this ninja to nine tails cloak, then tailed beast form, then four tails, and finally six tails all without paying hand costs and ignoring turn markers because the card effects state that they are "put in play" by their effects rather then statisfing a condition to to reinforce??

To clarify, I only wish to know if I must meet the turn requirement and hand cost of: N976, N1061, N1062, and N1396 in order to put them in play by their effect text. thank you

For all Reinforcements, their Entrance cost and Hand costs must be met.
