Can I target the Ninja already Battling the User as the Head Ninja?

Can I pull a Ninja to Battle against my User if I'm unblocked?

1) That is still a valid target, so yes.

2) Yes you can.

3) Only if that Ninja is already on the Battlefield, per the target the Jutsu is asking for.
