So if I know that if I have Sasuke n653 attacking and my opponent blocks with a team of one ninja (entrance cost of 2 or less), I can make it a stand-by ninja. My question is if that scenario happens, would I be able to use jus077 to pop a standby team to his/her hand since my sasuke technically became opposed?

No.

J-US077 checks to make sure the user is opposed at the time of resolution. If they are not, then the effect will fail.
