Counter Mission M-672 Against N-1223

Hi

Based on the later explanation about Counter missions against PIP effects I have one dobout.

First, my oponnent declares do PIP this ninja , then I don't will do Anythink for now. Now him declares: "I will use only the first effect of the card". Then, at this time, can I Play Mission to negate it's effect.

So, my oponnent can declares to use it's secound effect before the Comparative Strengts chain resolves? Or that secound effect needs to be activacted just when the PIP action Trigger's?

Why I Ask it? Because in another Post: http://www.bandai.com/naruto/showthread.php?t=87855&highlight=comparative my oponnent can still using their 2nd effect before the M672 Chain Resolves. But in this case, it's two PIP effects and not one effect triggered at any time, like this link explanation.

Thanks, i waiting for one explanation soon as possible.

N-1223's effects are all added to the chain at the same time, then the opponent must choose to use Comparative Strengths. You cannot interrupt an effect being added to the chain.

So the correct order is:

You play Obito
You pay for both effects, both effects added to the chain
opponent can comp strength Obito
both effects fail.
