At last, Lightning gets a card that can compete with the mighty Anbu. (Too bad they're still banned... :P )

Ink Mouse, the latest of Sai's creations, is not only a free deploy with a healthy mid-game Support stat, though. Toss it while it's in play, and you double the value of all your Lightning Chakra during the turn. It's the Princess in miniature - half-price Rasengan is back, just in time for Sage Mode decks. This also means that Lightning's chakra dependent effects (Beast Mode, Freesengan, Konohamaru, Bee) will last longer, even if you use a lot of Jutsu.

My only complaint is having to wait until turn 2 to get these little guys on the field, but I suppose the relatively high Entrance-to-Power ratio is understandable in light of this powerful effect. Required for Lightning builds to be tournament worthy? Maybe not - but still incredibly desirable.

You can't just Ink Leech then this guy in one turn? It says put in play? Not deploy?

Ya but in your "average" scenario, you sacrifice multiple rush-field flood opportunities to deploy/build in a normal manner so Anko can draw? Do you really need to draw that much more than Lightning already does?

Yup, you do. 4th brokage is broken. Want to draw ibto him or your rasengan, hydro pump, or fun jutsus, don't you? And unfortunately, that Is a rush deck. Here's an example of a decent rush deck, typically what they aim for atleast.

Turn 0, kushina or ink leech. Have that battle reward, I don't mind.
Turn 1, Tsukado or wind scythe Temari. Maybe special fish Into play. Play wager.
Turn 2, kns into play pr tsukado. Play monster research.
Turn 3, special rat into play. play draw mission, like clash. Charge hand other then 4th, anko, and one good jutsu. Activate rat, play Anko. You do the math of what you draw. You draw alot either way, and you have a ton of chakra that turn. Is that convincing enough?

Holy crap, this dude means you could probably take Teb naruto all the way to 6 tails on turn 3 if u want ( though I idk why you would lol )

You cant, you dont meet the turn marker cost so early in the game. but you sure can play that naruto who does rasengan for free..

People calling broken before they even test it. Yes, the ink theme has a pretty decent set up, but it is absolutely not "play it or lose to it." You have to have all of the right cards at the right time to get the overwhelming field presence.

I like that anbu swarm has a replacement. It is done right this time. It's like anbu swarm with a chakra cost for the swarm. I like it.
