If I use J-841 (Mind Transfer) or N-1366 (Foo) to 'steal' an opponents Ninja, can I target (and take) a Ninja with the same name as one I currently control?

Can N-1372 (Katazu) target a Ninja you control?

Is 'move to your village' the same as a put in play effect and thusly will it trigger uniqueness rules? (M-881 - Rinne Rebirth)

1) No you cannot, since that would break the uniqueness rule.

2) Yes it can, since the only requirement is that the target is a Ninja.

3) Anything attempting to move or come into play is subject to the uniqueness rule.
