Question regarding Jutsu entrance cost requirements.

Let's say I have and on the field.

is in my chakra area, applying the -1 entrance cost to . also makes the entrance cost go down by 2. So, is currently a 4 entrance cost with no hand cost.

My question is will I be able to play Hydropump with ?

N-1116 and M-872 lower the entrance cost of cards, meaning that they only lower the entrance cost on cards that are not in play. A Ninja card is a Ninja card while out of play (not in the village or on the battlefield) and is a Ninja when on the village or battlefield.

The short answer? N-1143 can use hydro-pump, because the other two cards don't lower a Ninja's entrance cost
