I would like to know if mount myoboku would counter j-917 chakra disturbance. Seeing if mount myoboku would still make your chakra have a symbol since it gives all your cards that symbol.

Whichever effect is most recent takes precedence in this case. Meaning 99% of the time, chakra disturbance wins.
