New player needs help please

Hey, I am a new player and would like to make at least a casual deck so I have something to play if I go to locals. I would like to make a Water/Lightning deck that is block format, but every time I look at some deck builds I am clueless as to which Versions of the cards they refer to mainly being something like.

There are many Naruto's and wouldn't know which one they were referring to even if they added an abbreviation. And I Also know some people don't want to reveal their decks which is fine, but could you at least give a little help as to which cards would be good or staples?

I know this may be asking a lot, but any help from veteran players would be very much appreciated thanks.

I sincerely hope you don't take any deck running a t0 Naruto seriously.

That being said, there are many good Water/Lightning variants. Honestly, they only vary on 5-15 cards, but that's still an entire theme in Wa/L eyes. If you can specify what you're looking for out of the deck I can help you.

Are you looking for Battle Reward rush?
Are you looking for a jutsu wall?
Are you looking for a Reinforcement-heavy deck?
Are you looking for a team-killer deck?
Are you looking to control your opponents chakra?
Are you looking to generate your own chakra?
Are you looking for a nasty late game, a solid curve, or a mid-game dead-end?
