4th vs Mind Transfer
Per this
O (1.0) Resolve and/or Activate "At the End of ... Turn" effects. O (1.1) All of the Attacker's Mandatory "At the End of the/your Turn" effects activate and are placed on the Chain and ordered per the Attacker. O (1.2) All of the Blocker's Mandatory “At the End of the Turn” effects activate and are placed on the Chain and ordered per the Blocker. O (1.3) Depending on which player added the last effect to the Chain, the opponent of that player can activate and place an Optional "At the End of the Turn" effect (Both), or an Optional "At the End of your Turn" effect (Attacker) or another properly Timed Optional effect to the Chain, or that player can pass. O (1.4) The opponent of the player that activated an effect, or passed, in O (1.3) can activate and place an Optional "At the End of the Turn" effect (Both), or an Optional "At the End of your Turn" effect (Attacker) or another properly Timed Optional effect to the Chain, or that player can pass. O (1.5) If the player in O (1.3) and the player in O (1.4) both passed, then proceed to O (1.10). O (1.6) If 1 of the players did not pass in O (1.3) or O (1.4), play alternates between each player to activate an additional Optional "At the End of the Turn" effect (Both), or an Optional "At the End of your Turn" effect (Attacker) or another properly Timed Optional effect to the Chain, until both players pass in turn. When both players pass in turn, proceed to O (1.10). O (1.10) The Chain resolves completely with the last effect that was placed on it being applied until the first effect is applied. O (1.11) If an effect(s) activates due to the effects being applied in O (1.10), those effect will begin a new Chain following the above process for ordering and forming the Chain and the subsequent application of the effect(s). If not, play moves to the Blocker's Start Step. When the attacker plays 4th hokage, effect resolves, blocker plays mind transfer. 4th Hokages end of turn effect is not on the attackers players field when resolving the effect of end of turn and therefore misses timing on the way back, correct? |
