can i put naruto nine tails cloak n 976 in play with any naruto and do i have to go thru stages for n 1062 four tails or can i sac a naruto for him as well on his turn count

The only way to put N-976 in play is with N-975.

You must go thru the stages to get to N-1062, per the effect requirements.
