Negate Effects

Zetsu [Mysterious Observer] and the new Kisame/Zetsu squad both have effects that say they negate effects. What happens if I have a bunch of effects negated and one of them is removed from play? Would they still be negated or is the negate effect linked to each ninja?

Once the effect of either of these cards has resolved, it is working regardless of whether the Ninja leaves play during its noted timing.
