Chakra Disturbance?
So can i still pay with Colorless cost...Or it makes my Chakra a NONO?

It means you cannot use your chakra durign this turn and the next turn.

How about senjutsu? Or ambush ninjas? or Jutsu's with no specific cost?

You can Ambush Ninjas so long as it has no hand cost.

Only the ambushing of Ninjas is okay, so long as that Ninja has no hand cost.
