Kisame Hoshigaki (Shark Form)

I'm trying to think of a good card for Kisame's "Shark Form" when he fuses with Samehada. He has to be on par stat-wise with that of a Ninja in Tailed Beast Form or at least close and I slapped Earth on there because of the Earth jutsu he uses to travel underground. Finally, I have 6 different ideas for effects (some of which could be paired up and placed on the same card).

Effect Idea A (Threat of the Tailed Beast):
When this Ninja is Reinforced successfully, you can discard up to two cards from your opponent's chakra and move the same amount of cards from your discard pile to your chakra area.

Effect Idea B (Exploding Water Shock Wave):
Valid: Every Ninja without the Water Symbol gets -2/-2.

Effect Idea C (Fierce Monster V2)
Valid: When this Ninja's team wins a Victory discard 1 of your opponent's Chakras. When this Ninja's team wins an Outstanding Victory discard two cards in your opponent's Chakra.
Valid: While your opponent has 2 or less Chakra, this Ninja's team cannot be blocked.

Effect Idea D (Spreading Seas):
Valid: Cards in both players chakra areas are considered to only have the Water Symbol, this effect cannot be negated.

Effect Idea E: (Life In A Bubble Jungle):
When a Ninja without the Water Symbol attacks, blocks, or activates an effect it's controller must pay (1).
Valid: Ninja cards in your opponent's hand get +1 hand cost.

Effect Idea F: (Presence)
Valid: This Ninja cannot be blocked by teams that include 1 or more Ninjas with entrance cost of 3 or less.

I like the spreading seas effect and title. It would be of course ineffective against water decks but supereffective against others. I think it's too much lol. I think the best bet is to make him give every ninja battling against him -2/-2 and your opponet must send out ninjas to block (if he has any) or discard(or remove) 3 chakras. This is the threat of the non-tailed beast!!!!

I was thinking if the (Spreading Seas) effect was too powerful it could be changed to:

Valid: While you have move Chakra then your opponent does, cards in both players chakra areas are considered to only have the Water Symbol.

Its also another option just to print a "Functioning/Functional Reprint" of Three Tails (Set 17) on Kisame Hoshigaki (Shark Mode):

Entrance Cost: 7
Hand Cost: 1
[Tailed Beast Without A Tail]
Valid: When this Ninja's Team wins a Victory or an Outstanding Victory, you can discard 3 of your opponent's Chakras.
Valid: When your opponent sends a Team out to Battle, that player discards 1 of their Chakras, if possible.

For a turn 7 its fair minus this effect can't be negated part. In the show its exactly what that giant water bubble did so its translation in card form was very good. Plus we had a squad that did the same thing (jiraiya/4th) so it gets MY VOTE!
