Hello. I (literally) just joined this site JUST NOW.
I live in the Bahamas. Nassau, Bahamas to be exact. For a few years, we have been playing the Naruto CCG at our ONLY TCG store, The C.A.G.E Club (Cards, Anime, Games & Entertainment).

We have been looking to this site for all things Naruto CCG. And we've been playing the game WRONG STILL!

For one, Three days ago, I myself just learned that you DO NOT GET BATTLE REWARDS FOR BATTLING OTHER TEAMS! We used to battle by using the difference in combat. Now I have to tell EVERYONE that we've been playing wrong. And another thing that we CONSTANTLY argue about is the card Chakra Absorption (J-331).
EVERYONE thinks that the card is played by NOT PAYING FOR IT but by making your opponent pay for it, therefore taking cards from your own discard pile to your chakra area.
I still don't believe that, so I looked for rulings on it to no avail.

Please. PLEASE SOMEBODY IN CHARGE OF THIS GAME! I want to keep playing this game but I want to play it RIGHT! And if it takes for me to join this site and be tho ONLY ONE that's kinda responsible for getting the rulings on this game, I will do it. Help me please. Well, help us all!

I would suggest posting your card related questions in the Q&A area. You will get the best response there.

Battle Rewards (BRs) are won when a team goes unblocked during the showdown or from the effect of a ninja/mission/jutsu.

Jutsu cards and ninja/mission effects must be payed for before they can be added to the chain.

In your example (J-331) the person would need to move "X|X"cards from your chakra area before you can use the effect of the jutsu, If I were playing j-331 and wanted to discard 2 of my opponent's chakra I would move 4 chakra to my discard pile (X= 2 and there are 2 Xs in the jutsu cost so we need to pay 2 twice) then the jutsu can be added to the chain. If my opponent has no response and I have no other jutsu/effects to add to the current chain then the jutsu effect can be applied.
