It's clearly the best card in format, I don't see how its 35$ for a card where, the secondary market is terrible, no card in this game should be over 25. So, now its "Play Lightning or Die" and for some people it isnt possible for some people. Nobody should go to any higher level event unless they bring there 200$ deck and hope someone doesn't steal it.

if i ever seen a kid at an event steal anyones cards i would kick his *$$ and cause my self to be chicago listed from the game.

There's a sidedeck for a reason. Detonating Kunai - pay 2, discard a card from their hand, get a boost, make their discarding for Fourth more harsh for them.

Or straight up, if you're playing Earth, the deck I think will be dominant, Training in the Moonlight. GG?

While he is one of the best cards in the format, his price tag is greatly influenced by fanboys. I mean, look at the original fourth hokage, who was never really good yet held a 20-25 dollar price tag until he rotated. Infact he is still $10 along with every other Super rare Fourth Hokage variate that rotated.

I also feel that it is too early to judge the format. While Lightning looks to be the format's front runner, this wouldn't be the first time that people incorrectly assumed 1 deck would be uncontested in a format.

Additionally, karin still shut's fourth hokage down.

On topic, the 4th Hokage is definitely a powerful card, but it is not broken in anyway whatsoever. Obviously you've never used the card yourself in a competitive format, or else you wouldn't be saying such obvious things.

Reality: Iruka and Seven Swords Dance will not always be in your hand, if you even play with those cards. You are losing two cards in your hand, which is a major disadvantage, especially when the 4th is so susceptible to jutsu, or with healing effects, making him useless. It's not a card you just throw down. Sometimes it's not worth it. You have to be smart. Now I know that's a hard concept, but I'm sure you can grasp it.

Secondly, Water and Earth are Teir One decks, so I don't know where you are getting this. "Play Lightning or die," bull**** from. Stop complaining and actually take the time to look at different elements. **** scrub.

tl;dr: OP is a scrub, and the 4th is not broken.

So, your calling me a scrub, while my track record is far from impressive, I have 1 top at a SJC, probably far more than you, as you have 0. Also, a lot of people associate me with the "Good" players of the game, so your point is invalid that I'm a scrub.

I don't really have to explain myself to you, BUT in this format Lightning seems like the front runner, as Zero said, it may be wrong but if you can't see that then your blind.

tl;dr: You're the scrub and the point of the thread was to also point out the rediculous prices of the 4th, If you can GRASP THAT?

Karin is really good, and is in all of my decks because it can shut off the fourth, My thread was to troll and to say that the price of Fourth is rediculous. (Agree with everthing you said btw)

The fourth is definitely a good card but like Mr kardis said Karin makes it so you don't get blown out.
I'm not going to try and argue wether or not it's op but I do feel he is becoming mandatory in lighting.
