Mind transfer is definitely balanced. It temporarily takes control of one of your ninjas then returns it to your side of the field. If ino or inoichi uses it then they have a chance to use betrayal or some other effect to get rid of it, but then that means it was a two card combo version of a removal. That is most definitely a balanced effect compared to jutsu that remove instantly. So maybe we should get rid of rasengan.
We can't cry every time an element has cards that are better than average. If that were the case then the game would be completely dull. We need to spend our time getting rid of cards that have completely game ending moves that are nearly impossible to stop.
Sasuke had to go because the only way around him was to dehydrate him or run puppets. If you are running the current puppet deck, you are probably going to lose any way, if you run dehydration, that means that you have to run either water or earth to do any thing about it. Mind transfer is a jutsu, which means that it can be countered by any other deck that runs jutsu. It only has a "possibility" of being devastating.
