I always thought Next Target was too good. It stays there until you can get rid of it by either an effect or get your opponent to use it. And water doesn't need this. Lone Avenger or Catch-Out or maybe Hayate. Interruption is too early.

I agree, this is a point where we can see eye to eye. What the naruto community needs to understand is that decks with similar cards != same deck. At the moment, enough decks can run Water and/or Lightning to run cards like Research, Memories, Make-Out, etc. However, the decks that do so can also be vastly different in their goals and gameplan while doing so.

I would like to echo the call for mission negation along the lines of Interruption (-2 for -2) or maybe even Kakashi [Oblivion] (3 chakra to Negate/RFG a mission or jutsu), so long as it's balanced enough to allow Tayuya [Cursed Flute] to come back at 1-of.

Veazie: What's your opinion on what should happen to Memories?
