I agree. Although one of my favorite pros would be Jdragon, I havent really seen him play. Neither have I seen anyone else outside of california. So based on that within california, id say Thomas cao and Danny collens are at the top. Followed by me of course xD

We usually play the same deck, except for this last GenCon where we couldn't get two copies of the same deck in time (due to last minute Attunement ruling).

He's probably the better player at this point though since I don't have any time to actually put into preparing for this game. But honestly, I feel like if I actually enjoyed playing the game (and thereby putting in the requisite time and energy necessary for success), I would still be the best player in the game.

Just sucks being hella rusty when I do play and picking up infinite unintentional draws. But every GenCon I knock myself out with 2352351 draws, Thomas ends up winning so maybe I should keep on following the "play once or twice per year" plan. -_-

I believe the best player is not the one who wins consistently, but the one who takes loss well, and who keeps playing despite their losses.

To that end, I nominate AnbXXElite, a.k.a. Sean Blake. I'd nominate myself, but that would not only be downright arrogant, but completely dishonest; Sean's a much better sport than I am. XP

My teammates Hollow The Animal, Savor Monroe, Sunee Her, Phil "the Beast", and Dante are some of the best players they are in the top alot in Michigan Chunins and Sjc's Sunne even won one. I would include myself but I just came off of judging alot and will rate myself around this time next year. Also The Groups and Players in these groups which are Team Kzoo, True Allies, Team Chicago, Team2easy, players from Wiscosin. Ohio(shout out to Tony Denning for winning MI sjc) All are good players and have prove that. It seems people always pick west coast players as the best but this game truly has good players all over so to ask who is the best really is a matter of opinion and Much respect to Thomas C, Jdragon, and the rest of the west coast player yall great players like the rest of us.

This is a combination of tops/wins/consistently knowing the best play or best deck
This is correct.

Mist is still a toss up actually between Kardis and Sherlock imo.

Best international player is deidara666bomb
