Decklist?

i saw somewhere that you have to fill out a decklist to go to a big event.

what is that? a simple word document?

can someone help?

A decklist literally lists cards in your deck.
You can write one up in advanced in say note paper, but you fill it out officially on a Deck List form, which you receive at whatever event you're at.
I believe you could also find said form, fill it out, and print it off. This is the extent of my knowledge though.
