N-1015 Targeting

So n-1015 uses j-006 then I discard two chakra to put a copy of j-006 on the chain. N-1015's effect states the targets remain the same. Does that mean Target: 1 Ninja remains the same or the actual ninja being targeted by j-006 becomes the target of the copy?

Simplified: Can j-006 and the copy n-1015 places on the chain target two separate ninjas?

No. The Jutsu Itachi copies has the same user (Itachi) and the Jutsu copy has the same target as the original Jutsu.
