Anko and Dehydration
Was confused about two rulings I saw and wanted to get a clarification:

To clarify, my question is: can a counter mission such as dehydration be used to prevent a ninjas put in play effect, such as anko's? |

The second thread asks about chaining m668 to a Ninja being DEPLOYED. That means you are putting an effect on the chain before that Ninja enters play. Since that Ninja is not in play, you cannot target that Ninja. Basically, there is a difference between chaining to a Ninja's deployment and chaining to a Ninja's put in play effect. They are not the same. To answer your question: Yes, it is possible to use Counter Missions such as m668 to negate a Ninja's put in play effect. You just have to play the Mission at the correct moment.
