chaining

if i play n1133 and than i chain a misson to my deployment does the chakra from my hand go to the chakra goes first than the effect

like i only have 1 chakra than play n1133 than i chain the misson and now i have 2 chakra can i pay the 2 for his effect ?

You must pay the Chakra for n1133 as soon as he enters play.
If you chained a Mission to the deployment of n1133, then the hand cost and Mission (assuming it is not a permanent Mission) would go to your Chakra area before n1133 enters play.
