N-1225 Danzo vs PR-076 Sasuke Uchiha & Kakashi Hatake

If I have PR-076 Sasuke Uchiha & Kakashi Hatake in play and I attempt to Reinforce N-1225 Danzo, sacrificing Sasuke & Kakashi, due to the "While an Squad or Platoon is in play, it is considered to have Name: for each of the Ninjas Listed on the card." ruling, would my new Danzo have both the name Sasuke Uchiha and Kakashi Hatake OR does that ruling not actually add the characteristics to the Squad / Platoon, simply act like they are those respective Ninjas for card effect purposes?

Danzo would get the names of both Ninjas in the Squad. In your example, he would get "Name: Sasuke Uchiha" and "Name: Kakashi Hatake."
