More Giant Panada Questions

i have another question:
My opponent has giant panda and 5 other void ninjas on board; I have naruto , minato, and sasuke on board and I go into the Naruto & Fourth Hokage squad, can the giant panda absorb all damage and prevent the other ninja from being sent to the chakra area.

Giant Panda would absorb allt he damage and prevent the other Void Ninjas from being sent to the Chakra area.
