Kushina N1116 + Killer Bee N1237

If Kushina (Matronly Care) is in my village, does her effect reduce the entrance cost of Killer Bee (Da Eighth) since he's got 'Tailed Beast Form' as an additional name - meaning I can deploy him as early as turn 2?

n1116 only affects Ninjas with a printed Entrance cost of 7 or more.

I see...i thought "Tailed Beast" Ninja cards and "Animal" Ninja cards w/ a printed cost of 7 or more were 2 different potential targets...

There goes deploying T5 TBM on T3 idea down the drain...LOL!

Does this mean her targets need to have all the requirements for her effect to work? ie. Tailed Beast + Animal + Printed cost of 7?

Kushina affects:
-"Tailed Beast" Ninja cards with a printed cost of 7 or more.
-"Animal" Ninja cards with a printed cost of 7 or more.
