Mental Power

hi i have never used mental power before or played anyone using mental power. i was wondering can i use mental power as an atk power instead of my combat/support at anytime or is there cards that allows me to use mental power ?

also when using mental power does my opponent gets to chose between mental power and combat power or both have to be using mental ?

and last question can i use mental power to block an atking team using combat ?

There are cards that allow you to use Mental Power by performing a Mental Power Battle.

During a Mental Power Battle, both players will use Mental Power.

Mental Power is generally only used during a Mental Power Battle.
